Start your build

Construction of an Ella Lee home typically takes around 11 months, depending on the home’s size, complexity, and location. We give you a written schedule before we break ground and update it at every milestone.

Cost-plus means you pay the actual cost of the work plus one agreed builder's fee. It is how we build every one of our homes, and you can follow costs in your Buildertrend client portal.

Send us your lot and a rough program and we will give you a real number rather than a range pulled from the air. Cost is driven by lot conditions, square footage, ceiling heights and level of finish, and the difference between those choices is significant. We build a detailed line-item budget before you commit to anything.

Yes. We build on client-owned lots across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia and Phoenix. We look at the lot, view corridors, HOA and municipal requirements, and site conditions before construction begins.
